- After getting his B.Sc., LL.B Degree and joined Patna High Court, in August, 1997 in the Chamber of Sri Rana Pratap Singh Sr., Advocate practice in Patna High Court, Civil, Criminal and Constitution Side.
- May 1997 selected in the Superior Judicial Services, Bihar and was posted Additional Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi. Worked there as Special Judge ACB from 1998-2000.
- After bifurcation of Jharkhand allocated Jharkhand Superior Judicial Service Cadre, worked as Joint Registrar (List and Computer) under the guidance of Hon’ble Justice Sh. S.J. Mukhopadhaya assisted in drafting Jharkhand High Court, Rules assisted different recruitment of Ministerial staff of the Court and services in Jharkhand Judiciary.
- In the year 2003 promoted as Principle District Judge, worked as Principle Judge family Court, Dumka, Principle District Judge, Dhanbad and Principle Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi and also worked as Director, Jharkhand Judicial Academy.
- While working as Director Judicial Academy successfully completed the Research Project ‘Access to Justice’ sponsored by U.N.D.P. under the aegis of National Judicial Academy, Bhopal in the year 2008.
- As working of Director of Judicial Academy, Jharkhand under the guidance of mediation Committee of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India started training for Judicial Officers in State of Jharkhand for Court Annexes cases. June,2008 at Ranchi Mediation Centre was established.
- While working as Principle Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi in the year 2015 under the directions of E-committee of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India guidance of Hon’ble Justice D.N. Patel (Presently Chief Justice of Hon’ble Delhi High Court) established first Video Conferencing Court in India and conducted three Sessions Trial through video conferencing as Pilot Project.
- While posted as Principle District Judge Jamshedpur under the guidance of Justice D.N. Patel initiated special projects for establishment of institutions under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act. and Observation Home at Jamshedpur in the year 2014 was declared by the J.J. Committee of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to best Observation Home in India.
- Also initiated in the year 2015 Scheme under Victim Compensation Scheme for grant of add interim protection.
- In the year 2015 Ranchi District Legal Services Authority was declared best District Legal Services Authority amongst nine States of Eastern India and North East and awarded Trophy from the hands of Prime Minister.
- Elevated as an Additional Judge of Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi on 11th April, 2016 and further became permanent Judge of the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi from April, 2018. During his tenure heard several matters including Civil, Criminal and Service, disposed of more than 17000 cases.
- While working as Judge of Hon’ble Jharkhand High Court, successfully guided and completed another research project relating to Cyber Crime in State of Jharkhand, sponsored by Department of Law and Justice, Govt. of India and conducted by Judicial Academy Jharkhand with support of State Government and Jharkhand Police (Cyber Crime).
- Working as a Judge of the Hon’ble Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi resigned from said post on 20.01.2020.
